.6 fte position terminated, offered new positiom .8 fte 40 miles away

Can I claim UI if my .6 fte position is "terminated" in LI and I'm offered .8 position in Staten Island by same company(40 miles away;and $15 in bridge tolls daily)






I don't mind answering questions .. but I'll be damned if I'm going to try to decode them first.
