attendance

i was on a final written warning for attendance back in july of 2009 which rolled off. and i was no longer on corrective action. every absence from work was excused by my doctor prior to the write up. i had one occurrance in october 09' after missing a week of work due to being hospitalized for h1n1 which was excused by a note from the dr. as well. my alloted sick time would have been in good standing according to the companies attendance policy. i missed one day of work on feb 12th that was excused by my dr. with a note given to my supervisor. i was given a raise at my review on feb 15th and then terminated on wed the 18th.
