Being late and absent in the state of NY for babysitter being late or not being able to watch my daughter that day

I live in ny and i have been written up three time and i am on my final i have been late due to my daughter's babyitter not being on time and also my daughter being sick and also for my boyfriend being sick which we cohabitate and is my daughter's father he was suppose to do surgery. But my main reason is doctors appoinments and babysitter issues which cause me to be late i have documentation for everytime i hav called out and also have told my boss about my issues i recently got suspended for coming late from the hospital with my daughter and coming 7 mins late. I know i am gonna get fired because i see postings of my position on job websites. I want to know what can i do to protect myself and if i will get unemployment due to this babysitter issues. (when i was suspended i looked around for other childcare but it is a longer process than 2 days i have proof that i have went to agencies to look for child care and also tried to get government assistance.) help me please

Print out the postings for your job. Then go to this page at the NY Dept. of Labor. Read what under "misconduct" section 1110 and so you can gain further understanding about what might or might not be considered good cause go to "voluntary separation" section 1635.
