Referral Form - California Representatives For Unemployment Benefits

Congratulation. I believe everyone needs a hearing rep. California Representatives for Unemployment Benefits appeal hearings is just the thing for giving you the edge you need to win.

Effective self representation (pro se) at an unemployment hearing or writing the written brief (argument) for a board level appeal, is most likely when you have an innate ability to be cool, calculating, and skilled at cross examination while experiencing emotional distress.

Yes, the hearings are informal, but as far as I'm concerned .. that is a deceptive word to describe an unemployment hearing. Fortunately, California does not require you to have an unemployment lawyer.

Attorneys willing to take your unemployment case can be hard to find and additionally. quite expensive when you do find one.

They also, aren't always the best choice if your main concern is finding knowledgeable help for your unemployment appeal hearing.

Most Unemployment hearing specialists in this country are non-attorneys. But, like attorneys even non-attorneys will most often offer their services to employers because that where the money trail leads.

If you need an unabridged opinion about unemployment representatives vs. unemployment lawyers for appeal hearings, you'll have to talk with me.

Note: The unfortunate part about a California Unemployment Appeal is that hearings are scheduled as in person hearings. (This problem can often be overcome.) And since CA is a BIG state phone participation for the rep will often be required. However, there are a few venues where in person representation will be possible.

As always, I'll be happy to talk to anyone about anything on this website. I prefer talking .. because I really try to avoid typing, when possible so email me and include your phone number.

The biggest concern is that you know what you want to know before paying anyone to help you.
