Yes, it is very possible you will be able to collect unemployment for this reason. Most states, even if you were on a final written warning for attendance will take a look at the absence that caused the discharge. This is called the "final incident".

If it is determined that that incident was beyond your control it is very likely you will receive Kentucky unemployment benefits.
