They denied me unemployment and I had been working for the employer for 1 year and 5months. I was defending myself and that manager was off the clock and my employer didn't ask me any questions about the incident they just terminated me and then told to file unemployment. So will I be granted unemployment if i choose to fight it?

Hi,

Would you like to tell me about the "incident" and as a matter of course whether you were off the clock?
