Can I be put on leave when i was injured off the job and was released to come back to work with limited duties and worked for a whole month before i was told that i cant come back to work until i get a full release from doctor. can i file unemployment what can i do. i wanted to work and was working don't understand how they can do that after you have worked a month under the same conditions.

It could be very relevant. I would also want to know how large your employer is and if FML is an option or if the employer or your state has some sort of disability insurance.
