Can I draw unemployment in Oregon if I work for a contract sales agency and do not make any sales for the month?

(Beaverton, Oregon)

If i sign on as a contract sales associate for an employer in Oregon will I be able to draw unemployment if I do not get any sales for a month?

First, you would have to explain to me what you mean by "contract sales associate" all I really need to know if you are considered an employee or not.

And secondly, I would need to know how many hours a week you work and if you already have an unemployment claim and if this work is subsequent to when you first became unemployed, whether it is full-time or part-time work .. at least, that is if you really want me to answer your question.
