can i get umployment if i have been fired for misconduct

I got fired due to a superviosr stated he saw me talking. I am an auditor so I went and was going to do a side by side with one of the rep's. They called me down and said this is a write up. Then two weeks later he say he saw me again. It was his wirds aganist mines. I told them that wasn't true but they said they made their decision

I have no idea, because I don't know if there is a rule against what you did.

Additionally, how can it be your word against his .. if you were fired for talking .. you must have been talking to someone other than the supervisor if he "saw it".
