Can I get unemployment if i have been fired for sexual harrasment case at my work

hi, i am in management of a business company. some employees made illegal recording of the conversations took place at different times and put them in wrong context and made it look like thru those recorded conversation that i was actually saying those things.

i am on suspension and am being called on to the main office which maybe my final check. i really loved my job and want to contest this. how would i get your help in this regard. i also have prepaid legal membership if this will be of any help.
