Can I quit due to stress?

by Luis
(California Unemployment Benefits)

I have worked for this company for about 15 years, 7 of those years as a corporate manager and general manager for the last 3 years. I used to love my job, but for the last 2 years the job load has become unbareable. They keep coming up with more ways to check up on us and use this info against us. I used to feel i had a secure job, but now i feel like any of us general managers can be fired at any point they wish to. I am experiencing nervous break downs, i cant sleep, hair loss, it has affected my relationship with my spouse & family because i always come home stressed out and upset. Other general managers feel the same way i do, a lot of them want to quit and one actually quit already for the exact same reason. How would i go about this??
