Can i report unemployment on my last job if it was 2 yrs ago?

My last day worked was 10/7/07. Since then my children have been living with me and provide all my essential needs. Now my children are all moved out and my house is slowly crumbling. I am unable to pay my bill nor am i able to seek medical attention. Can i file for unemployment for my last job even though it was two years ago? Please help
