Can you work 30 hrs aweek & still collect?

I live in Pa , this part-time job will pay $255.00 per week, i am only allowed to work up to $ 163.00, before I am docked.

Thank you,
Lin

Hi Lin, 30 hours is considered part-time work and has the potential for still collecting a partial amount.

If we know that PA will reduce earnings up to 40% of your WBA .. thereby allowing the possibility of earning benefits plus wages equal to your WBA plus 40 percent .. I'd say yes .. if $163 is 40 percent of your weekly benefit amount .. you're sitting about as pretty as an underemployed person can.
