Denial Reversed!!! SWEET VICTORY

I had asked for advice back in September. September 23 to be exact. I won my appeal!!!! I was fired from my job w/ Ralphs for leaving early. Ralphs never showed up for the Appeal Hearing. The Judge was really nice. He could not hide his facial expressions when the witnesses I had w/ me told there view. He stated in his decision to reverse the denied benefits, that there was no wrong doing even to be fired. And that there was no misconduct on my part. Ralphs also falsified documents that I had been disciplined for my reason for termination. Which I NEVER RECEIVED!! Well now I have to wait ANOTHER 20 days!!!! for Ralphs to let it go or Appeal the decision!! GEE WIZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well I guess I can wait for that I have waited this long. Now the question is to SUE or Not to SUE???? What do you think Chris? Thanks To Everyone (:
