Denied UIB due to relocation due to marriage

I quit my job in Illinois to get married. My husband and I now live in Ohio. Due to distance and costs of maintaining two residences keeping my job was not an alternative. I applied for UIB in Ohio and was denied UIB. How can I successfully appeal my claim for UIB in Ohio?

Who denied? It should have been decided by IL, not Ohio .. unless you filed after an Ohio job separation.

Easy enough to figure out .. what the disqualification?
