Do I have to take a job that pays less than the one I am laidoff from

I was laidoff in July of 09.I made $13.00 an hour.I was just offered a job that pays $7.00 an hour but is is weather related work.If it rains one day I may not have work for 2-3 days.Do I have to take it or can I stay on unemployment?
