Do I have to take a one day assignment

I am enrolled with Kelly Services and they are trying to get me to take one day assignments (once a week) do I have to take these assignments? If I do I will loose my unemployment for that week? I don't mind an assignment for a month but one day that will kill me financially and I will loose my car I can't make a care payment with a one day assignment.

My advice is to take that one day a week assignment, but file for partial unemployment benefits.

If you don't .. Refusal of work will become your issue as far as unemployment goes and it won't just be one week of benefits you lose, but any further benefits.
