do not want to refile for benefits

by karen
(ohio)

our unemployment ended, am now disabled ..since the extension was passed, do i call and tell unemployment i do not qualify or do nothing...

If you don't want to refile .. do nothing .. unless they do it for you and send you money anyway .. in that case call them and tell them why you want to return the money.

Although if you had given me more details about your disability .. I would have done a little research and asked some questions I think might be relevant as to whether you might still be able to collect.

Not all disabilities prevent people from working in some type of job.

Disabilities raise an able and available issue.
