Florida - Do food stamps fall under unemployment benefits?


Hi Glen,

According to this chartbook published by the US Department of Labor Florida doesn't collect for over issuance of food stamps by reducing unemployment benefits.

Since I wasn't quite sure about what exactly you want to know I went to the Florida statutes and searched for food stamps (be patient..it's slow to load). Unemployment is 443. The search did not return anything under 443, but there are four pages of results for other chapters.
