Frugal Recipes For The Unemployed

Some of my most delicious creative masterpieces ;-) came about because I got an idea from someone else sharing their tips and tricks to alter an expensive meal into a frugal meal.

Although it's great to be able to buy the best of everything and make a wonderful meal .. all I really use these days are items I get on sale and put a coupon on top of that, or my regular standbys that still haven't tried to to break my bank with steeper prices for less quantity.

But I know none of this means the meals I cook, can't taste, smell and look great too and have some added variety to avoid that food boredom syndrome.

So share your frugal recipes, tips and ideas for mealtime. The only danger is that someone might take the time to use yours and find it helpful and then feel inclined to share back.
