Going back to college in Florida

If you're on Florida unemployment and you go back to college will unemployment help pay for the tuition?

Hi, if you plan on going back to school and getting either a degree, training, or a certification, you need to first explore the options and the requirements that Florida has in place.

A failure to do so will most likely result in your unemployment benefits being stopped.

This is because school, training courses, etc have an effect on your "availability" for work.

Without state approval for attendance, a mess will be created and you may find that it was a mess that might have been completely avoidable.
