Good tips

(Colorado)

This is a really useful site. My question had to do with pursuing school while unemployed. Thanks for the link!

For my two cents, I think every state should have a mandate that people who have been fruitlessly looking for work for two months or more (especially during a terrible recession!) should definitely not be disqualified from receiving benefits while they attend school. What am I supposed to do? Just sit around hoping someone will respond to my resume, when I could be working towards a degree that will make me more marketable? It is definitely possible to look for work AND go to school. Lawmakers should realize that and change the rules accordingly.
