Got phone interview got approved but now the employer is appealing my benefits.


Well I work 1 month at my previous job I got terminated because of performance before I work with then. I was working with another company for 2 years the company lost the contract and I got layoff I got hire by the company that fire me.I called the Edd the Edd people said I could collect and will be collecting from the job that I work for 2 years but I couldnt it collect from the previous job that fire me. Now the job that I work for 1 month and is not paying me and appeal .it ...What can I do?
I got approved and I'm receiving benefits ....but now there appealing it What are my chances of winning the case ...

Let me make sure I've got this right.

After being laid off from a job that you worked at for two years .. you took a new job that you worked at for one month before they decided to fire you for poor performance .. is that correct?

If so, your chances should be good .. simply because it was a new job and terminating you after only one month for poor job performance indicates that the employer didn't give you enough time to learn the job.

But nothing here is telling you that you do not need to prepare for this hearing to show that you were not terminated for misconduct.
