I don't even know where to begin. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about all the topics discussed. I was able to have all my questions answered without once feeling rushed. During the consultation I was never once given the feeling of just another client or customer, I was treated with complete attention. I was able to go into my hearing prepared and ready. With out the consultation I would have been walking into the hearing blind. Every tip and bit of information I was given I used directly and was able to prepare for all questions and problems that could have come about. Because of the advice and information I was given I was able to win my hearing.
