Hi my name is jack wise, can I get California Benefits while retired?

I was layed off on mon.,in order to continue my health benifits I am forced to retire from the ca. state univ. where I worked. Will I be able to receive ui while retired?

You need to read a part of the California Benefit Determination Guide and apply the information provided on this page and then you would be wise, Jack Wise:) to check out this page which discusses what retirement payments are considered to be deductible income as far as UI benefits go.
