how long can I draw?

by chasity

How long can you draw unemployment when you are going to school full time? In Indiana?

Hi Chasity,

Have you been approved to go to school full-time and collect unemployment while going to school?

The length you can collect "regular" benefits is unchanging and usually no more than 26 weeks, but when extensions get thrown into the mix it's longer and apparently one can collect for well over a year.
