Unemployed Stories

I am in Florida. I was fired due to supposedly changing a message

by Lynn
(St. Augustine, FL )

I was fired over a month ago. I was told that I changed or deleted a message. They have no proof on the message only that a message had been opened by me. They can not tell me what the message was originally. They said that I had opened this message several times and changed the message. I did not do this. I did open the message but did not change or delete anything. I received a message stating that I needed to call a patient. Do they have a leg to stand on with denying my unemployment if there is no proof to the message???

Lynn,

I don't really know if they do or not. I think it would depend entirely on whether they can prove it through computer logs.
