Unemployed Stories

I have a LLC farm,I was fired from my regular job and collecting benefits, if I have no profit and it's reported on my taxes will I still be eligible for unemployement?

by Jim
(indiana)

I own a small farm in indiana, it's a llc I lost money with it. Is it going to be a problem with continuing to claim unemployment off of previous employer I was fired from?

Hi Jim,

Do you work the farm? Does it interfere with your ability to look for or accept full-time work?

You said you lost money on it, but do you get paid from the LLC?
