I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 11 WEEKS FOR MY RECONSIDERATION DECISION THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY MAILED OUT

(Illinois .. maybe?)

I have been waiting for my reconsideration decision for 11 weeks now. my case manager at unemployment told me a reconsideration decision was going to be mailed out to me the following week. it is the 3rd week since I heard from her and still didn't get the decision.

What should I do?

My BOSS WAS A JERK AND I FILED AN Eeo COMPLAINT and was fired the same day I did so. Please advise when I certify for my weekly benefits it still says pending. Is it legal for them to do this to me? email me at ******* for advice.

First of all, you didn't tell me what state you are located in .. so I can't even provide you with a link to a site I think might be able to help you, BUT you said you were waiting on a "reconsideration" .. so I might assume that you are located in Illinois, or Ohio.

But if I were you .. I'd contact the state attorney general's office and tell them what's going on with your claim .. if you want to complain about how the unemployment department is performing in your case.
