I lost my appeal and I have been unemployed for six months now. Can I get benefits now from the state of Oregon?

While I disagreed with the loss of my hearing, it has been six months now that I have been unemployed. Am I now eligible to receive benefits from the state of Oregon because of the time that I have been unemployed?
