I Quit my job in PA.

I quit my job in PA, but I only needed to do it for one month longer, than my fmla can I collect due to my position not being able to work at night.
It depends on why you are not able to work nights and if you were made aware at the time of hire that it may be necessary to work nights.
But still, why you can't work nights and what you've done to preserve the employment can also be important to know.
Pennsylvania allows unemployment benefits for compelling and necessitous personal reason, but they also require a claimant to have shown they exhausted all other reasonable recourse before quitting.
I'd say something about the FMLA factor, but you did not give enough information to understand what that has to do with your need to quit your job or not work nights.
