I recvd unemployment for 99 weeks, i was layed off from my job in April 2008. Towards the end of last year, my former employer decided to appeal me getting unemployment. I recommended clients that had used her, but called me at home, to another travel agency. Now they are claiming that I was fired and not layed of in April of 2008. There appeals were denied twice. Now i just recvd a notice to go in front of a hearing.

Does the notice of hearing make specific mention of issue #4 or 5?
