If I had a good reason to not accept a job due to no bus service for the hours scheduled can unemployment deny me benefits?

I recently went to orientation to Disneyland in California and then was presented a schedule that I could not get transportation with the bus system so I did not start the job. Unemployment wants to send me possibly to appeals maybe to determine if this is good cause. The job would was temporary seasonal.
