If my job duties significanly changed during the past couple of years, where duties have been added which did not fall into my original job duties catagory, can I quit my job and collect unemployment?

If my job duties after 9 years have changed with added work and no extra pay can I collect unemployment till I find another job?

Not if it is determined that the changes are not unreasonable to expect from an employee and if they were unreasonable, that you "accepted" the changes by continuing to work for a length of time that is determined to mean you did accept the changes.
