Unemployed Stories

If your job said in the termination letter they based their decision on termination because of my poor judgement.. Is this misconduct?? Can I still get benefits?

by Jenny
(Wisconsin)

Is poor judgment work related misconduct?

Jenny,

Poor judgment can be work related misconduct, but clearly .. before anyone would be able to discuss whether your judgment might or might not have been poor enough to rise to a level considered "misconduct" .. details would have to be known.

Since you didn't bother to relate any details .. and you are located in Wisconsin .. why don't you try deciding for yourself whether you in fact have a viable argument that misconduct did not occur as it pertains to "the details of your poor judgment".
