In the state of VA if I am recieving partial unemployment but am not getting any work can my employer hold my vacation pay? Or does he have to pay it to me?

I really don't know. The only thing I would know about requirements for vacation pay is that it is deductible from unemployment benefits because it is considered wages and you would have to report it when you file your continued claim.
