lewd act

coworker say I committed a lewd act in the restroom.
there is the he said she said thing going on. Nobody really got proof of me doing this which I did not.

I find a couple things troubling in what you wrote though...that would lead to more questions if I were the one asking the questions.

1. You said it was a lewd act in the restroom and then said it was a he said/she said scenario.

2. "Nobody really got proof" What do you mean by really?
