miss not following directive

My boss ask me to let my new co-worker observe the way ed is done.i was busy checking file's and didnt have time to read the martial so, i asked her to do the classa and she stated no and so i left it alone. i got up to do the class and my co-worker interupted me and started to the class on her own. so i sat down for about 5min and then stood up to let her no that she need to sit down, but she didnt. So my question is this not follwing directive




I think I'm missing something because I don't understand the question.
