misuse of cell and office phone company and have a debt of 4,300

I used the cell and office company phones for a period of 6 1/2 months and company found out through an investigation that I was the one, but I had been in disability for the past 4 months with depression and anxiety, the company just called 3 days ago and they fired me, they said that I have to pay $4,300 dollars ASAP and I don't have the money. They will collect everything at my office and want to meet me at main office building to give my stuff. I'm so scared. Please help me !
