My boss lied to the unemployment referee

I was denied unemployment my boss said that I had quit, I did not quit he told me to leave now and get out,after a verbal disagreement we had.as I was walking away to collect my things I said you can send my 2 weeks vacation pay to me.He told the appeals referee I gave to weeks notice. worked for this man for 24 years. What can I do?

If you are, get a lawyer, otherwise I don't hold much hope for you.
