Should I Reopen A New York State Unemployment Claim?


I was terminated on Wed 10/25/11 (after 3 days worked) which is less than 4 days worked, but I did gross over $405 for 3 days worked. Should I still file for NYS unemployment today 10/28/11 to open my claim account or wait until this Monday 10/31/11 morning to do so???




Yes, I would because I would be partially unemployed for the week.
