no reason given for firiing me.

My company was off of work for the winter months.I had been calling them for a couple of weeks to see when we were due back to work. I was told that we were expecting a phone call. My suporvisor called and told me thaat thw boss didnt want to bring me back and that but my super was under the assumpsion that i was coming back in . Do i have a case.

If that's all there is to it .. I'd say so, in fact I can't figure out why you didn't file for unemployment when your company was closed down for the winter.
