I took a job with a government entity that was over my head because I was unemployed for three months. I have not made my 90day probationary period and, honestly don't think it is a good fit. The company may think that too. I bust my butt, but, that may not be enough. Honestly, the thought of working for this poorly run organization is depressing. They'll probably try to concoct a reason to deny me anyway.
