Online Training Classes - What Do States Pay For?

(United States of America)
Hi, this is Chris. I have a question about online training classes.
Are the states paying for any of them?
When we collect unemployment .. or even if we are denied, the federal government requires a state to have as part of their program
"re-employment resource centers" so to speak.
I know that part of the stimulus money available to states is being used to improve and expand the offerings for getting us back to work.
My question is to anyone willing to answer, what type of online training are they giving grants for? Which ones, if any are "state approved training"
I think it's important to differentiate between grants for just any school and "state approved training" which when granted allows for a suspension of the usual requirement to be able and available for work while attending a school or training.
The goal of anyone on unemployment is getting back to work because unemployment should be temporary considering it's usually poverty pay.
I'd like to think our government would get out of our way in attaining this goal instead of sticking their big fat foot into the aisle just when we begin to pick up some steam and hopefulness.

Oh, and
pester your legislators (you can even tweet:) to make unemployment reforms that actually help unemployed people who have lost their job THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN!! or simply want to educate themselves for a better future.
