Out of jail

Can u get unemployment if u just got out of jail. I was on my job for six years. Can I get benefits?



Probably not, but it may depend on the circumstances .. if someone was wrongfully detained in jail .. this of course wouldn't be considered their fault, but if you were convicted of something .. then most likely not.
