I HAVE BEEN WORKING 5 YEARS,I WAS ON FMLA AND STD THEY FIRED ME ON OCT 12 BECAUSE I DONT HAVE NO MORE TIME OF FMLA THE DOCTOR TOLD ME GOING BACK TO WORK ON DEC,PART TIME I WONT BE COVER BY STD,CAN I APPLY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT? CAN I GET THE FULL AMOUNT?

Yes, in December when your doctor releases you back to work even if it is part-time and if you are ready to seek and accept suitable and substantial work within those restriction you should be able to collect full unemployment benefits because the termination was without good cause .. or not for misconduct.
