The company has given everyone paycuts. This has been my second paycut - the first being when my position was eliminated and they threw me into another position. Once in my new position of sales, I was a manager before, the entire company received another paycut leaving me to make half of what I was earning before. I also begun going to school full time making school and work hard. On top of that I was written up and put on probabtion due to a TEXT that was sent to a friend and taken out of context. The other person involved in this situation who has caused issue with other employees has not been written up or put on probabtion. She is the one who filed the complaint about me in order to not get in trouble herself.
