seasonal job and requalifying

I have been on unemployment for several months and just went off to work a seasonal job in the summer...when the summer ends and I go back to being unemployed, still based on the original separation from work...can I reopen my claim and continue collecting the benefits I was collecting this year?

Well, yes I believe you would since the the "seasonal job" won't present a merit problem when it comes to the reason for no longer working.

As long as you have a balance of benefits remaining for the benefit year .. you should be able to collect the balance.
