SHOWED GOOD CAUSE

I quit my job after working there 3 years because of mental problems which was causing me to make wrong choices and bad decisions. I was taken off of work by two doctors and under there care of a year and taking medication I started collecting employment checks after getting better and looking for work i collected for about four months and then my former employer appealed it they said I did not try to ask for a leave of absence or ask about FMLA so my employmnet checks stopped i appealed it because at the time i quit i was under mental stress and illness and could not make good choices for myself at the time tha shows good cause.

Hi,

And where do you live?

What do you mean "showed good cause". If there's a question here .. I'm hard-pressed to find it or any possibility that you will be able to keep your benefits.
