smoking outside a federal funded job site (enterprise AL high school)

After being warned, I was caught smoking on a paved road inside the construction area of a high school. Terminated. Any help getting unemployment benefits in this situstion?

Geez, I don't know. Is there a rule against that?

I would suspect there must be if you were warned once.
